EquityNet has developed the first system to automate the enterprise investment screening process for entrepreneurs and
investors – a system based on the patent-pending screening engine Enterprise Analyzer™, a statistical software application
that significantly improves the investment process for entrepreneurs and for investors.
- Investor and entrepreneur meet and discuss possible investment opportunity.
- Registered investor provides entrepreneur with his/her private Investor Access Code.
Investors register at EquityNet and create a unique Investor Access Code that is used to provide entrepreneurs
access to the system and associate their business plan information specifically with the investor’s account.
When an investor identifies an enterprise investment or financing prospect, the investor simply provides his or
her unique Investor Access Code to that prospect and waits for the entrepreneur to complete the on-line input process at EquityNet.
Alternately, investment firms that identify enterprise prospects through a website have the option to embed Enterprise
Analyzer so that the on-line input process for enterpreneurs occurs at their branded website.
