Vice President of Sales and Business Development

Qualifications:

  • Ability to comprehend and demonstrate complex software systems for investment analysis
  • Ability to initiate and close sales opportunities with private equity firms and groups
  • Ability to lead sales organization and develop major industry partnerships
  • Connectivity to and ability to network with private equity firms and groups
  • Familiarity with deal-flow origination and evaluation practices within private equity industry
  • 3+ years of experience and/or background within private equity industry
  • University degree, preferably in business, economics, finance, engineering, or sciences

Research Analyst

Qualifications:

  • Ability to readily comprehend and assess diverse technologies and business models
  • Ability to conduct research utilizing various online and database resources
  • Ability to efficiently organize and prepare research reports using collected research
  • Ability to interact and communicate with clients, including entrepreneurs and investors
  • Proclivity for in-depth qualitative and quantitative research methodologies
  • Superior analytical capabilities, including data-intensive mathematical skills
  • University degree, preferably in business, economics, finance, engineering, or sciences

Chief Financial Officer

Qualifications:

  • Ability to lead all aspects of accounting and financial management
  • Dedication to accounting accuracy, detail, and thoroughness
  • Expertise with accepted accounting principles within private companies
  • Expertise with accounting software tools such as QuickBooks and SAP
  • 5+ years of experience as lead accountant in a private company environment
  • University degree, preferably in business, economics, or finance
