Cost Efficient > Advanced Research Methods and Semi-Automated Processes

EquityNet’s research services would be prohibitively costly if they were performed conventionally. But EquityNet’s efficient, semi-automated processes leverage its patented software systems, proprietary data, and analysts specific to the domain of the project. This approach generates professional analytical results at surprisingly low costs.

Depending on the type and scope of work performed, EquityNet produces and fully supports analyses and reports. After an initial consultation with the client to define the type and scope of work, EquityNet provides a fixed-bid, guaranteed price for the scope of work and deliverables. Most projects follow the approach described below:

  1. A description of the client's need is requested and a preliminary scope of work for the project is determined.
  2. EquityNet continues direct contract with the client, refining the scope of work and requesting any additional details required to understand fully the project objectives from the client's perspective.
  3. Flowing immediately from those direct discussions with the client, a fixed fee is determined, and a proposal for services is provided to the client for consideration and approval.
  4. When the client authorizes it, work to satisfy the proposal begins immediately as described in the contract, with milestones and intermediate go/no-go decision points (if required).
  5. Depending on the required scope of work, the lapsed time from initial inquiry to delivery of the final report ranges from 2 to 6 weeks (6 weeks being the exception).
  6. The results are reported to the client with follow-up as necessary to ensure that all contractual obligations are fully met.

Customer Support > Individualized Solutions and Personal Follow-Up

EquityNet analysts work with clients to fully understand their needs, to define the scope of the project, and to determine a cost-effective solution to each client’s unique project. Then after an analytical report is delivered, EquityNet discusses the findings with the client to ensure that the client has a firm understanding of key results of the analysis. EquityNet also discusses the possible impact that the results may have on the client’s related decisions. To see what our customers are saying about us, visit Testimonials.
