Our sector is horticulture within urban agriculture. We design and manufacture machinery to grow leafy greens aeroponically on a commercial scale. Our machines are modular allowing them to fill underutilized warehouse type space. A patent pending cloth medium supports low cost and semi-automated growing and handling. Research into plant required light characteristics reduces energy consumption allowing a reasonable ROI. Customers will address the $4 billion salad market with our addressable market near $1 billion.

Ed previously served as Associate Director of Cornell Cooperative Extension for Agriculture and CEO of Topline Waikato, Inc. Ed has twenty years experience in corporate product management in the dairy industry, several years in sales and service of weather graphics systems and a number of consulting projects involving food market channel mapping, chief engineer, and small business analysis. Ed holds a Ph.D. in Dairy Science (with a minor in Artificial Intelligence) from University of Wisconsin-Madison , an M.S and B.S. in Animal Science and a B.S. in Microbiology from Colorado State University. He owns 40% company equity subject to a convertible loan.

Robert N...... is COO and prior to joining AeroFarms, he served as a Business Manager for Mettler Toledo Hi-Speed, an Ithaca company, where he grew the previously declining sales from $7.2MM to over $12.3MM in 4.5 years. Prior to that, he provided leadership for 16 years at Moldflow Corporation, which provided simulation software, process monitoring, and temperature control equipment to the plastic molding industry, where he rose from engineer and laboratory manager to Director and Vice President positions. He has an MBA from Baker College, and a B.S. in Aviation Technology from Embry Riddle Aeronautical University.

Jessica B...... is CMO and prior to joining AeroFarms, she served as Principal at 21Ventures, a clean technology venture capital fund and investor of Aero Farm Systems. Jessica previously worked at JPMorgan in the Technology Investment Banking Group where she helped to build the firm's clean technology practice in addition to covering companies in the Internet, payments, software and communications equipment sectors. Prior to JPMorgan, Jessica worked at SolarCity, a leading solar integrator, in their products and marketing group. Jessica is a graduate of Stanford University
