PROBLEM

Televised awards shows are cratering. Young people think all of these shows are lame. The only exciting thing about the self-congratulatory publicity stunts sprinkled with shallow insider banter and dull acceptance speeches is when something goes horribly wrong.

SOLUTION

Targeting the most coveted demo in television with a highly inspired telecast, the ACADDYS® awards show announces its sixteen winners with mesmerizing two-minute videos produced by extraordinarily talented film directors amplifying their vision and bold artistic expression.

INDUSTRY ENDORSEMENTS

“You nailed it.” — Dave Diomedi, Live TV Director at MTV VMA
“Impressive.” — Jeff Margolis, Live TV Director at SAG, Oscars, Emmys
“Wow!” — Liz Clare, Live TV Director at BAFTA, MTV VMA

BUSINESS MODEL

The highly lucrative business model hinges nearly entirely on ratings and cost per thousand impressions (CPM). The exclusive broadcast rights agreement consists of a fixed amount based on projected ratings and a 60% share of additional revenue after expenses. All costs related to the production is covered by the broadcast partner. The projected annual revenue stream is $20 million, $60 million and $100 million in the first three years.

THE ASK

$250K per 1% of equity in the Academy up to 10% per investor.
