The client-base for Achieve Wellness Recovery Center (Skilled nurse facility) are patients referred by physicians, healthcare facilities, and other healthcare professionals. The majority of these patients are covered by Medicare and Medicaid or are insured by other private insurance carriers. Our services offer the patient the lift they need to back to work or home. 

Primary goals: Build a high-end and luxury post-surgery recovery facility with a profitable business target sell price of $50M by 2031. Operational gross sales in between $8M to $12M by the year 2025.
