Electromagnetic Gyroscopic Propulsion

While great advancements are being made in battery technology, motors that can fully exploit this energy source have lagged especially in aviation and industrial motors. Airborne Motorworks develops entire self-contained propulsion motors that are sustainable, efficient, and will easily replace existing technologies.
Our EGP motor is 100% electric and will reduce is not eliminate aviation fossil fuel costs, noise and air pollution, but reduce maintenance costs as well. The EGP motor is good for our earth and can fast forward the VTOL market and green applications in the aviation market, industrial motors and military markets.

Pete Lawton is our acting CEO currently, as we are in the phase of manufacturing and this is where his background lies. Jesse Marcel is our Chief Design Officer, he is the creator of all of our technology. David Natan is our CFO and has done 25 IPO's and worked for the Big 4 as CFO including Deloitte and Touche. Julie Lawton is our CMO, this is her 3rd startup and all have been purchased or gone public with her in Marketing roles.

David Natan was appointed to his position with our company on April 1, 2020. Mr. Natan is a 1975 graduate of Boston University in Accounting and Economics. During his career, Mr. Natan worked for the Big 4 accounting firm, Deloitte Touché, and has served as Chief Financial Officer for five listed public companies, as well as a Director for three of those companies. On three occasions, Forbes magazine named a company in which Mr. Natan was serving as CFO to their “Top 200 Best Small Public Companies in America” in revenue and EPS growth (Ranked #3 in 2003). Mr. Natan has led management teams in successfully consummating over 25 merger and acquisition transactions. Additionally, Mr. Natan has extensive experience in capital raising, commercializing new technologies, SEC reporting and compliance, tax, operations, and treasury. He enjoys spending time with his family and grandchildren.

Julie Lawton

Julie Lawton was appointed to her position at AMW in February 2020. From 2014-2019 Mrs. Lawton was employed by String Automotive, Boston, MA, a SaaS-based marketing platform, in various capacities including, Intelligence Marketing Analyst, Head of Partner Sales and Marketing, and Marketing Intelligence Manager, which was acquired by Experian in May 2017 and continued her duties as Head of Partner Sales, Marketing Intelligence and Operations and managed all acquisition transitions for the company. Prior Mrs. Lawton spent 7 years with Cars.com as a Regional Sales and Marketing Manager and Direct of Sales for the West Coast. Mrs. Lawton spent nearly 17 years in Digital Advertising, Data Science, Analytics, Marketing, Sales, and Management. She has been part of 3 successful startups all of which went IPO or were purchased by another company. Mrs. Lawton received a B.S. in Communication and Management from St. Joseph’s College in 1994. She enjoys cooking and is an avid golfer.

Jesse Marcel

In June 2019 he was appointed as our Chief Design Officer at Airborne Motorworks. In addition, from 2014 to the present Mr. Marcel has been a co-founder and co-manager of Airborne Motors, LLC, the holder of the patent for our technology and the licensor of our exclusive worldwide license in the technology assigned to us. During his tenure with Airborne Motorworks, he invented the technology behind our licensed patents. Mr. Marcel authored the “Multi-Rotor Personal Air Vehicle;” and developed the “EGP Patent;” “EGP-2 Patent;” “Jet EGP Patent;” “EM Stabilizer Patent,” “EGP suspension Patent”. Mr. Marcel received a Bachelor of Science degree in Finance and a Bachelor of Arts degree in Economics from Montana State University in 1992. He loves spending time with his wife and two children and loves continuing to invent and build new technologies.

Jeffrey S. Chimenti, M.D., 57, Board of Directors and Co-Founder. From 2016 to the present, Dr. Chimenti has been a co-founder and co-manager of an affiliated company, Airborne Motors, for whom he has collaborated with co-founder Jesse Marcel on the development of our technology and intellectual property. Dr. Chimenti has practiced medicine in The Woodlands, Texas since 1994 as an Ear, Nose, and Throat physician and surgeon. Dr. Chimenti was a founding partner of Texas Ear, Nose and Throat Specialists, PA, which has serviced the greater Houston area for over 20 years. Dr. Chimenti graduated from Baylor University, Waco, TX, BS in Biology, 1984 (Cum Laude, Phi Beta Kappa); Doctor of Medicine degree, Baylor College of Medicine, Houston, TX, 1988;

Harvey Seigel

Harvey formed his own company, Bristol Development Corp. where he developed over 2.5 million square feet of commercial, office, industrial, medical and retail space much of which is still held by him today.
Siegel was an amateur race car driver ,so in 1998 he restored and redeveloped a major motorsport resort complex in Virginia on 1,200 acres known as Virginia International Raceway. This project included two race tracks, karting facility, trackside villas, hotel, spa and industrial park together with numerous buildings dedicated to the support for racing events, and the “period correct” restoration of an old plantation mansion, that today houses an on-site restaurant, pub and dinner club.
A serial entrepreneur, Siegel became a partner in a new development that they built and operated two warehouse-type stores for twelve years with annual sales volume in excess of 45 million dollars.
