AMAG Fund is seeding Bella Vista Pointe Apartments (188 units) into the Fund. Two additional value-add communities will also be purchased. AmeriCan (mother company) has a proven track record providing strong investor returns over the last decade in the Dallas market and has extensive experience in the multifamily space. The sponsors have many years of performance history of restructuring and rebranding real estate projects with financial acumen, persistence, attention to detail, and social conscience. AmeriCan has a distinct competitive advantage due to self-management and their mission to make a positive social and environmental impact within their communities. Patrick Gergen is American and the CEO and Co-Founder of AmeriCan Multifamily Alliance Group, LLC He has successfully operated and purchased Real Estate for the past 30 years. He is an extreme operator with a keen eye for improving efficiencies to maximize investor returns. Patrick and Madi Gergen have committed as part of their business plan to making a positive impact socially and environmentally throughout their communities. This impact also lowers expenses due to low resident turn over. Patrick is a long-standing member of the Young Presidents Organization (www.ypo.org) and has served on several board positions. He is in his fourth year attending the YPO/Columbia Business School CEO Academy and has attended Penn State University. Patrick resides in the U.S. and Canada with his wife Madi.

Her background includes expertise in negotiation, acquisitions, property management, and stabilization of value-add properties. She and Patrick Gergen are focused on takeovers of multifamily assets in Texas. They have a proven track record of restructuring and rebranding real estate projects with financial acumen, persistence, attention to detail, and social conscience. Madi, who also oversees operations of Bella Vista Mmgt, is passionate about creating a positive social and environmental impact in the communities. She is known for her strong work ethic, high integrity, and pursuit of new projects. She has earned many honors with the Real Estate Investment Network (Canada) including Multifamily Investor of the Year. She also serves on the Board of the YPO Pacific One and Global One Chapters. Madi resides in the US and Canada with her husband Patrick & their 7 children.
