He is Director of a busy electrophysiology program and was Director of Clinical Electrophysiology Fellowship program at Aurora Health Care in Milwaukee, Wisconsin. He is also the Vice president of Aurora Cardiovascular services line with over 70 cardiologist. Dr. Sra implanted the first implantable defibrillator in the Indian Subcontinent in 1995 and the first atrial defibrillator in the United States in 1996.
