Providing MultiFamily and Commercial Buildings with Cellular Enhancement (Das Alternative) and Public Safety Das to meet new First Net Requirements

BCR serves a few purposes in the Multi Family and Mixed Use Commercial Market.

The first is supporting building owners and developers with Public Safety Radio Enhancement services. Building materials are causing first responder radio's to not work in building, and local authorities are mandating systems be installed to combat this. After 9.11 First Net was created and buildings (New and Old) are required to have systems. Some post construction buildings are required to have retrofits and are facing big fines.

The second function of the organization is on the luxury side. Building owners and developers in order to have increased occupancy must have the # 1 desired amenity- Good cell service. Traditional DAS systems can cost upwards of $1,500,000 we offer a alternative passive approach that can save owners hundreds of thousands of dollars. We also dont have to deal with the red tape carrier approval, as the equipment we use has blanket FCC approval
