Cross Slot, an unrivalled no-till technology that puts seed in the ground without the need to turn to over the soil, lowering farmers production costs, increasing yields and providing environmental benefits. Making global food production sustainable.

For investors
1. We are a real product/technology capable of solving real farming production issues.
2. Cross Slot is a proven technology via university research and more importantly over 500,000 acres proven in farm fields.
3.We have strong footholds in 20 countries around the world including the USA in WA, ID, OR, MT, ND, KS, IL, AK, CO and Alberta.
4. We have global revenue streams and produce small profits at this point.
5. We have excellent margins and will be able to maintain these margins and boost revenues as sales volumes increase.
6. To move this business forward we don’t need a huge amount of capital, we are looking for up to $10,000,000 but can modify our growth plans on a lesser amount. More importantly it is easier to take an investment from $10m to $100m than it is to go from $100m to $200m.
7. Our projections are conservative to the extent that our 10 year projections would have us penetrating 1.53% of the market acreage over 500 acres in USA. Doing better than that will produce excellent profits, dividends, valuations and potential exit strategies.

Take some time to learn about the Cross Slot technology and how it can improve global food production in a sustainable manner to meet a growing demand from an increasing population.

Problems and Obstacles Solved by Cross Slot
Poor seed placement from using inferior seeding technology limits yield potential on day one.
Cross Slot has the ability to deal with many problems and obstacles including seed placement that no-till and conventional tillage farmers currently face including heavy residue loads, poor seed placement, poor germination and weak emergence resulting in lower yields.
Additional problems include the inability to protect and keep moisture, nutrients and organic carbon in the ground, essential to successful crops.
Farmers also have difficulties with current equipment seeding into wet ground conditions and at the other end of the scale seeding in a timely fashion into dry hard conditions.
