CETS NJ is seeking $31.5M investment partners for a new eco-village located in Salem County, NJ. This eco-village will use cutting-edge technology to achieve net-zero waste disposal. The project will include high-tech farms, trade centers, and residential units in a village setting.
Our initial project pre-development work starts with the 200-acre land acquisition, an overall comprehensive planning and a community asset-based mapping that will include local individuals, professionals, and agencies. This pre-development process will be creating its site master plan design for the implementation of 8,149,352-sf mixed-use-live-work-play smart net-zero Eco-Village commodities’ production and trade real estate development project. Delivering community asset mapping, design of the master plan, budget outline for infrastructure development permitting (i.e., water, sewer, renewable energy, waste management, wireless broadband telecom network, and roadways), and development programs.
