Company Overview

Founded by 4th generation entrepreneur sisters, Conversation Couture has developed the first and only Virtual Retail Sales Certification programs for luxury retail and sales specialists that parallels the in-person luxury shopping experience.

The Problem:
Luxury brands and high-end retailers lack luxury online customer engagement and are not driving or maximizing online sales. Currently, there is no difference in online customer experience when you go to oldnavy.com and Gucci.com. Customers are left clicking around websites to hopefully find what they want to purchase, with no help from retail sales specialists although the price of the luxury products are the same as if you were in store.

The Solution:
Conversation Couture has created the first and only certification programs in virtual retail sales. The certification programs trains luxury retail sales specialists how to drive a sale through chat box communication and virtual experiences. Luxury retailers have already purchased technology on their website; however the missing piece is to training/upskilling their employees on how to maximize and drive the sale through the technology.

**This is an untapped market, and we are first and the only company in this space! Plus, we are the ONLY certification program for retail worldwide. This is a great opportunity to part of something new to the industry.
