Agave Spirits

We curate, bottle, market, and sell Mexican agave distillates, known colloquially as mezcal. For the uninitiated, Tequila is a subtype of mezcal. We also have a rum product. The products are premium, positioned at the top of the market, to appeal to the aficionado and collector. We do have products priced at all levels, including an entry level product designed to appeal to bars for their well.

Founder and owner, R...... ’s entire professional career has been in regulated, consumable products requiring a high level of internal company organization. From 1997 to 2004 he was one-third owner and COO of an online dietary supplements company, which sold in late 2004 fro $4.1M. Following the sale of that company, Mr. traveled around the world, ending his two-year trip in the fall of 2006 in Oaxaca, Mexico, where he had his first experience with traditional mezcal.

From 2008 to 2020, Mr. worked in various enterprises within the burgeoning medical and adult use cannabis arenas. Following the sale of his dispensary and cultivation operation in Lyons, CO in 2013, as RS Consulting, Inc, Mr. began doing business consulting work with private investment groups seeking licensure in states around the US as those states added legal cannabis programs.

Mr. earned his BA in Philosophy at Penn State in 1992, and his MA in Philosophy at Duquesne University in 1994.
