EZ-Ticket.com, LLC (EZ-Ticket) is an internet ticket broker that resells event tickets to concerts, sporting events, theatre shows and other events requiring ticketing. The secondary ticket market, according to Forrester Research, is a $4.5 billion a year industry in the US. Currently sales through mobile applications are virtually untapped, however, they are forecast to amount to 50% of the market in the next few years. EZ-Ticket currently has over 130 marketing and mobile application websites to allow the streamlined purchase of event tickets by concert and sports fans. EZ-Ticket is in the process of launching an IP television platform with our subsidiary Bigado.TV in the Fall of 2012 based on sports and entertainment to compliment our ticket sales. The majority of EZ-Ticket's events are in the Dallas Metropolitan market with coverage expanding nationwide. Traditionally, the secondary ticket market has been associated with illegal scalping in front of a venue. EZ-Ticket is legitimizing this process by acquiring premium seats through its network and selling them through its storefront and internet site, while also providing safety and convenience to its clients.

Secondary Event Tickets

EZ-Ticket has 130 unique domain websites which allow enhanced internet marketing where it sells premium concert, sporting event and theatre tickets unavailable to the general public acquired through a developed network of contacts. Mobile Sales are expected to amount to over $4 billion by 2015. EZ-Ticket owns 14 Top Level Domains specifically set for mobile ticketing sales. Once a unique internet domain is registered by EZ-Ticket no other company has access to that domain. All of EZ-Ticket's marketing websites have mobile capability which will allow the capture of this portion of the market.

Advertising

EZ-Ticket has launched its subsidiary Bigado.TV. Currently it is a video aggregator in the realm of sports and entertainment. Plans are in place to integrate live and pre-recorded broadcasts. Revenues will be derived from program syndication and advertising. Currently the only advertiser is EZ-Ticket. This will increase with added content and programs.

J. Michael Davis, President, is the founder of Bigado Networks and is the President of EZ-Ticket.com, LLC. He has extensive business experience including financial consulting and investment banking. His technical background includes CompTia A+ certification, Cisco Certified Network, Solaris 9 Operating Environment, Linux Operating Systems, JAVA, XML, and many web-development tools. Dr. Davis received his BA from North Texas University and his DDS from Baylor College.

Michael has been the principal and founder of EZ-Ticket.com since its launch in September 2004.

Viorel Craescu, Director of Design and Development, Viorel developed the current look, feel and functionality of EZ-Ticket. Viorel joined Bigado Networks in 2003 as a web designer and he was named Director of Design and Development in June 2004. Before Bigado, Viorel was co-founder of a private company focused in corporate identity and web technology solutions. He has experience in combining both the design and technology into a strategy for business sense. Viorel’s expertise is the ability to create a valuable entity as a web presence and how to profit with that development.

Joseph Savard

Joseph Savard, Chief Technology Officer, Joe has recently been with Sabre Solutions in Professional Services Division providing professional services to customers for the architecture, design and implementation of interactive video conferencing and broadcast solutions. Projects included a complete video conference experience engaging customers to an agent call center to review and complete contracts as well as provide enhanced product services. The call center agent discuss the current contract in a full video conference implementation with document sharing, document annotation, video storage of the customer/agent interaction and final sale closure recorded and archived in a forensic accounting database. He was the CTO of MN1, Responsible for overall product vision, design, development and implementation inclusive of infrastructure hardware, network design, end-to-end system design, integration and deployment on time and within budget to meet market conditions.
