Flexstar is a "re-start" of our prior legacy sales finance company and we have transitioned most of our valued active "dealer base" over to the new Flexstar platform waiting for it's launch. John and his brother Link founded a very successful Furniture chain in 1983 and grew it into a 15 store chain in 10 different states and operated it for 32 years. He also co-founded a sales finance company in 2004 that focused on providing credit primarily to the military market.

Link and his brother John founded a very successful Furniture chain in 1983 and grew it into a 15 store chain in 10 different states and operated it for 32 years. He also co-founded a sales finance company in 2004 that focused on providing credit primarily to the military market. Link also received an MBA from the Keenan Flagler School at the University of North Carolina.

Jeffrey Miller

Jeff is a 20+ year veteran of consumer lending and designed and launched the EasyPay point of sale lending platform in 02/2013 who purchased Retail Installment sales contracts in industries such as elective medical, home furnishings, home improvement, auto repair, etc. He also structured a bank sponsorship agreement with TAB Bank with APR's up to 199%. He enrolled over 5,000 merchants in the program and garnered yields of up to 45%. Jeff also negotiated sponsorship agreements with trade associations and national buyers' groups to position EasyPay as the memberships' "second look" finance option.

Kim Baraldi

Kim has been in charge of "dealer relationship management" for the company over the past 15 years (legacy company). In addition to managing those relationships she has also overseen the "dealer onboarding" process of getting our dealer and service provider partners set up on our point of sale lending platform.

Brandon has been the Director of IT over the past 15 years and has extensive experience in both loan origination and loan servicing systems. He also manages all of the data interchange with all of our third party integrations.

Karen has managed the accounting and funding operations of the company over the past 30 years (legacy). She has handled all of the financial statement production as well as all of the other reporting functions with regards to our agreements with our various funding partners. She is fully versed in all of the "borrowing base" calculations as well as managing all of the treasury management functions as well.

Scott (Chief Risk Officer) - has an impressive background in managing and growing $100M + portfolio of subprime loans. During his tenure was instrumental in improving performance by designing and implementing predictive, automated scoring models and pricing algorithm for subprime loans.
