Company Overview

We have developed a revolutionary type of rotary engine and prototypes followed by a beta production run using various generated patents. Our 4-stroke Rotapower® engine have the following documented attributes compared to the 4-stroke piston engine.

Latest patents pending 5-stroke version maintains the same attributes while improving fuel consumption and reducing exhaust noise and temperature

1. Three times more power than the best 4-stroke piston engine (Rotax) of similar weight
2. Four times more power of similar size
3. Emission tests by the Institute of Transportation Studies (ITS) meet or exceed the California ULEV standard without a catalytic converter
4. Seal and wear surface life of over 20,000 hours
5. Vibration free
6. The 4-stroke model has only two moving parts, while the 5-stroke version has three. A 4-stroke piston engine has two dozen moving parts

This raise is to start the production of 26,200 engines (over $60 million contract) for a major US supplier of range extending hydrogen fueled gensets for use in battery powered fork-lifts for various customers like Amazon

Beyond producing emission free and carbon neutral engines for various industrial applications, battery electric vehicles (EV) are a prime to use range extenders driven by US commitment to transition the auto industry to EV. Batteries have limited energy resulting in range anxiety among customers thus impeding transition. Consequently, we are working with various OEMs for the use of onboard range extenders and portable EV chargers to operate on fuels from zero emission hydrogen to carbon neutral methanol and ethanol.

Morgan Stanley projects the Advanced Air Mobility (AAM) aircraft like air-taxis and drones to exceed $1 trillion by 2040 and up to $19 trillion by 2050. In 2022 nearly $10 billion was invested in over 250 battery powered AAM and expected to double in 2023. Batteries limit the flight to 50 miles or less, making range extender aircraft imperative, in order to preserve a useful payload and meaningful range

AAM require an extraordinary amount of power in order to take-off vertically. The Rotapower® engines’ high power to weight ratio makes this possible as the power source or range extender as a more viable alternative
