Industrial & Manufacturing

GP Holdings is a project management group formed to raise investment capital for innovative projects in the transportation and motorsport entertainment industry sectors.

In the transportation sector, we have a multi-faceted project with several interrelated components.

Manufacturing
Many small- to medium-sized motorcycle manufacturers have new products for global distribution but lack the financial resources to bring products to market. These companies require capital to turn their ideas into tangible products; most employ high-level designers and engineers.

We are currently raising capital to merge 3 different manufacturing firms together. GP Holdings and its investors gain a large percentage of company equity and rights to distribute products in global markets including the USA and Europe.

Convertible debt and equity investment of $30M USD is sought for this project.

Motorsports Entertainment
Manufacturers distribute and sell their products through global networks consisting of dealers and distributors. A highly visible avenue for manufacturers to promote & develop their products is by competing in televised racing events. After consulting with teams and manufacturers in Europe, Japan and the USA, GP Holdings is proposing a new Grand Prix motorcycle racing series for North America: the US Grand Prix Championship.

Research done shows 25% of US households are interests in motorcycle racing, a potential audience of 82.5 million spectators. Manufacturer and competitor interest is high. National media coverage and sponsor support is available in North America.

Convertible debt and equity investment of $20M USD is sought to begin this project.

Motorsports Recreation Facilities
Automotive and motorcycle racing in the USA is growing rapidly, the demand for racing venues exceeds the availability of suitable facilities for events. There are numerous opportunities for investment into the development of 1st class racing facilities in California and surrounding areas, including outlying USA territories. Acquisition and development of real estate is a major part of this project component.
