High-end Subsea Navigation for Special Forces, EOD, Law Enforcement, Search and Rescue/recovery, Salvage, Ocean Science and Research, and even for the wealthy man's recreational diving.

Kenautics is a start-up, now 2 years in, with a completed production ready prototype, which has already been delivered to military clients. Our second contract is expected June 2017. and we are already engaged in discussions and marketing in 15 counties at various levels from initial discussions to leading bids with favorable status, expecting closure. In this first year of shipments we anticipate closing the year at approximately $1,25 Million in revenue and double that in 2018, with significant upside potential to 4x if fully successful .We have a unique design to assure simplicity for the divers to allow them to do their job without distraction . We have a proven underwater navigation technology at the heart of the system and all electronics and software, as well as mechanical design is proprietary IP.. We anticipate achieving $10-$12 Million/year company within 3 years. Our first $1 Million contract is expected within the next few months. We have industry-leading business and engineering personnel with 150 man-years of total experience on the team, currently all as sweat equity. We have already invested roughly $700K in R&D and order fulfillment and roughly $800K in man-hours equivalent. We are seeking an additional total of $750-$1.6 Million to grow and move to our next generation software as well as packaging for adjacent markets. We are familiar with a total of $100 Million of business opportunities that are active and available for closure over the coming 3-5 years. We are in need of $250K to fund the delivery of our next contract (which has a roughly 50% gross margin). Investment is expect to return 3x to 8x over the coming 4-5 years.
