George Santillan's responsibilities at Kinnser include the software engineering, testing and production operations of the Kinnser.net system. George brings more than 20 years of software engineering experience.
Prior to Kinnser, Mr. Santillan was VP of Product Development at Trintech in Dallas, Texas and has held software development leadership positions with CSC and Ernst & Young.
Mr. Santillan received his BS in Petroleum Engineering from the University of Oklahoma.

Scott Hester brings more than sixteen years experience to leading Kinnsers robust sales team. His experiences with our client agencies and therapy organizations enable Kinnser to expand its services to better meet our subscribers needs.
Christopher Hester founded Kinnser Software in 2003, when he began developing a Web-based software for home health agencies.
Mr. Hester maintains a central role in the continuing development of Kinnser's product line and working with agencies and industry consultants to improve the quality of technology available to home health providers.
Mr. Hester brings to Kinnser more than a decade of experience in information technology primarily focused in healthcare applications.
Bill Peterson is responsible for developing and leading the implementation of strategies to continue Kinnser Software's rapid growth.
Peterson has more than 25 years of executive management, marketing and strategic planning experience across a range of technology companies including IBM, Dell and Compaq.
He is also a lecturer and lead instructor at the University of Texas at Austins McCombs School of Business.
Peterson holds a Bachelor of Science in Mechanical Engineering from the University of Texas at Austin, and an MBA in Marketing from Southern Methodist University.
Shirley Fritsch leads Kinnsers Support and Training teams, bringing over 20 years experience in customer service and technical support leadership.
Her success and personal emphasis on productive customer interaction is reflected in the support and training services that Kinnser provides our customers from thorough in-person and online training programs to superior telephone and e-mail support.
Ms. Fritsch holds a BBA from Texas A&M University.
Keith Davis provides leadership in internal operations and financial management for Kinnsers growing organization. He brings more than 20 years experience in healthcare operations management.
Prior to Kinnser, Mr. Davis managed finance and operations for neurology at Baylor College of Medicine in Houston, TX.
Mr. Davis received his MBA in Finance from Duke University, and holds a BS in Mathematics from the University of California at Santa Barbara.
Peter Sobiloff joined Insight Venture Partners as Managing Director in 1998, bringing to the firm 20 years of operational experience in executive leadership positions, sales management and worldwide operations.
Peter was President of Think Systems, an Insight portfolio company focused on supply chain management, which was acquired by i2 Technologies; thereafter Peter served as Vice President of Business Development at i2 Technologies.
Prior to Insight, Peter was President of Datalogix, a vendor of enterprise application software for process manufacturers.
He also held senior executive roles at Ross Systems, a provider of financial application software. Peter was part of the management teams that executed IPOs for both companies. Subsequently, as President of Datalogix, Peter led the sale of Datalogix to Oracle corporation.
Peter is a well-known executive in the software industry and regularly speaks on industry panels.
Richard Wells has over 12 years of experience in investing and advising managers of high growth software and Internet companies.
He currently serves on the boards of BeyondTrust, Enigma, HealthcareSource, Kinnser, Metalogix, PHD Virtual, Smartbear Software and is active with the board of Zumba Fitness.
Richard previously served on the boards of Netsmart Technologies (acquired by Genstar Capital) and Primavera (acquired by Oracle), and was active with the board of Buddy Media (acquired by Salesforce.com).
Richard joined Insight in 2005 after previously serving as an investment team member at Technology Crossover Ventures (TCV), with a focus on software, online media and e-commerce. Richard also worked in product management for enterprise data protection products at Veritas Software (now part of Symantec), and in field sales for Paciolan Systems (now part of Ticketmaster).
