Chris D...... is an 8-year Partner and serves as Executive Vice President at MariahCorp LLC, where he focuses on department integration and optimization to provide the most efficient and comprehensive project development solutions. Prior to MariahCorp, Chris was co-founder and Managing Partner at TDE Capital Resources in Charlotte, North Carolina, a company that placed debt and structured finance for commercial real estate projects across all asset classes. He began his career as a financial advisor after receiving a B.S. in financial planning from Virginia Tech University and obtaining his Certified Financial Planner™ designation. Mr. D...... presently resides and works for MariahCorp LLC in Fredericksburg, Virginia with his wife Katrina, broker/owner of the Exit Realty franchises in the greater Fredericksburg area, on the southern outskirts of greater metropolitan Washington DC. They are active community members involved with several civic and professional organizations.
