Randall has been in corporate management for 38 years, beginning with the founding of a toy/game development company and a national print-publishing company based in Denver, Colorado. In 2001 he expanded into commercial real estate development, beginning with single family subdivisions, then shortly after focusing solely on commercial mixed-use projects in Colorado, Nevada and Florida. In 2008, Randall and his long-time business partner/brother commissioned a revolutionary project concept that incorporates highly advanced technologies and environmental enhancements, and truly brings commercial real estate development into the 21st Century. That project, MariahCorp's BicksBurg Square/Barnett Parke community, will be the largest self-sustained, technologically advanced community in the US. Randall has overseen 12 years of groundbreaking research and development that transform standard suburban/urban life into a new and greatly improved lifestyle experience for residents and tenants.

Scott has been in operations management for 32 years, beginning with a toy/game development company and a national print-publishing company founded by Scott and his business partner/brother. Christopher Dotson

Chris Dotson is an 8-year Partner and serves as Executive Vice President at MariahCorp LLC, where he focuses on department integration and optimization to provide the most efficient and comprehensive project development solutions. Prior to MariahCorp, Chris was co-founder and Managing Partner at TDE Capital Resources in Charlotte, North Carolina, a company that placed debt and structured finance for commercial real estate projects across all asset classes. He began his career as a financial advisor after receiving a B.S. in financial planning from Virginia Tech University and obtaining his Certified Financial Planner™ designation. Mr. Dotson presently resides and works for MariahCorp LLC in Fredericksburg, Virginia with his wife Katrina, broker/owner of the Exit Realty franchises in the greater Fredericksburg area, on the southern outskirts of greater metropolitan Washington DC. They are active community members involved with several civic and professional organizations.
