At Stroh, he was directly involved in coordinating the expansion of the Stroh Brand into 20 western states. He supervised the development of Sundance Juice from initial product & package design, through product launch and national expansion. the precursor for the product now known as Izze Sparkling Juice. Ray has 40+ years of experience in the beverage industry, including tenure at Joseph Schlitz Brewing Co (Milwaukee) and The Stroh Brewery Company (Detroit) where he was Director of Brewing & Special Products. Ray is well respected within the brewing community, belonging to several professional associations including the Master Brewers Association of the Americas (MBAA) where he was their Technical Director (1999 - 2010). The MBAA also presented its Distinguished Life Service Award to Ray in 2011.Ray also has participated as a judge at the annual Great American Beer Festival in Denver as well as serving as editor and contributor to several leading brewing publications.
