Misty River Living Produce is an indoor vertical hydroponic farm located in Pueblo, Colorado. The infrastructure is a proven workable hydroponic system that is expandable and can be modified to accommodate the commercial and retail needs of the community. The purpose is to provide nutritious, affordable produce to both commercial and retail customers that tastes good. The produce can be grown commercially on demand, sold in the retail market, and provided to farmer's markets and CSA's as well. The farm is located in a 1600 sq. foot warehouse space with a loading dock, easy access and room to expand. The produce can be grown and harvested all year due to the unique style of the indoor farm, without the use of pesticides or losing produce to due to climate change, Hydroponic produce has been shown to be 50% more nutritious and doesn't require the same infrastructure of traditional farming and over time we have developed a way to make it taste like something other than cardboard.

Our mission is to not only bring produce to the region, but to also become one of the largest employers as well. Our expansion plans over the next 5 years include purchasing larger facilities with more digital emphasis, more employees, and providing an educational component. As communities begin to change their eating habits, we're confident we can be a top-tier provider of accessible and nutritious locally grown produce.
