Mozverse Inc. was founded by Danny Mozlin, a technology entrepreneur with years of experience in augmented reality, virtual reality, blockchain development, artificial intelligence, and creative strategies to enable interoperability between disparate systems. His co-founder, Zach Hirsch is a rising social influencer, podcaster, and entrepreneur who recently has been featured in Forbes, Entrepreneur, Business Insider, and Yahoo Finance.
The catalyst of our vision for Mozverse was the hyper shift towards a more virtual society as a result of the pandemic. Some of the most popular business categories were forced to immediately adapt to a virtual environment including education, healthcare, and entertainment. Business meetings were replaced by zoom conferences, grocery shopping was replaced by services like Instacart, and going out to dinner by deliveries from Ubereats and similar services.
Less obviously, virtual currencies such as bitcoin and ethereum became much more popular. In the last year, NFTs witnessed massive growth reaching over $13B in sales volume. The world everyday is becoming more virtual. In April of 2020 30 million people spent nine minutes fully immersed in the Travis Scott X Fortnite virtual concert event. A year later, Roblox, a game where users can create and share experiences in a virtual world, hit over 200 million monthly active users. At the end of November 2021, upwards of $100MM in NFT virtual land sales in a 7 day period were transacted.
The announcement by Facebook, the largest social network, that they are changing their name to Meta have all confirmed Mozverse has been on the right path for the last year and a half and that all roads lead to the metaverse.
