Our studios are available at hourly, weekly, and monthly rates to best accommodate the customer. In addition to our rehearsal rooms, we also have a recording studio and 2000 square foot recital hall. The Owner, David Dixon, has over 20 years experience as a drummer, guitar player, and sound engineer and is transitioning from a 23 year career as an Army officer. We provide, upon request, a "Coach" to help facilitate the rehearsal process in order to help musical groups develop techniques and methods to become more efficient and maximize their time and creativity. Music Rehearsal Space

We provide 5 studios equipped with everything a working band would need to conduct a rehearsal. Rooms are configured to quickly be converted to suite the genera of music that the artist requires (equipment can be removed or added depending on the clients needs). Additionally we offer 4 studios tailored for music instructors and individual musician rehearsal. Our 2000 square foot recital hall is available for musical rehearsal, small musical performances, art classes, poetry readings, book clubs, yoga classes, photographers, private parties, and off site corporate events.

Music Recording and Production

Providing space for artists is our primary focus. Most of our clients have easy access to low budget recording software that allows them to do much of their recording at home. We offer two conveniences for clients: They can bring their own equipment to our sound proof studios and conduct their own recording in a destruction free environment at a normal practice room rate or they can utilize our professional recording services. We offer digital recording and production with our fully equipped recording control room. Recording services are competitively priced slightly below our competition to attract new customers.

Music Lessons

We establish strategic relationships with music teachers by offering a tiered pricing schedule that is based on the number of hours per week that the teachers book the rooms. This relationship allows the teacher to operate independently by choosing who they want to teach and when. This service is attractive to individual teachers who are normally hired by a retail music store who dictates what students are to be instructed and what hours they will be instructed with the retailer retaining 60% of the proceeds. With our pricing schedule, teachers make a greater profit and our studio receives exposure to students and parents who come to the studio for lessons.

Musical Instrument Consignment

We offer high end musical instrument consignment on a case by case basis. We only accept quality instruments that we know that we can sell quickly. Our goal is to provide the customer a forum to display their item where potential customers can see and touch the instrument and we handle the transaction for them with a small fee.

Office Space

We offer two office spaces with window views on a month to month basis to start up businesses and entrepreneurs who need an office but are not yet ready to take on a lease for an entire facility. We market these spaces to music and art related businesses but they are available to any business that needs a space. By providing these office spaces, we keep our operating costs down and boost profit. When we have the need to expand, we simply cease offering these spaces to small businesses and we equip them for our own use.
