ripe.io provides a software as a service helping transform the food supply chain and its participants from farmers to retailers by helping simplify the digitization of the analog world of food, provide tools for food supply chain customers to securely and with ownership integrity track and trace their food for compliance and trading partner demands and validate data and claims around sustainable practices in the food supply chain. We currently have over a dozen clients with a business model that is a combination of monthly subscription SaaS fees, data record fees based on pounds of food or units of animals tracked. Our customers include farms, CPG, food service, restaurants, membership driven associations with some of our notable clients include Wild Fork Farms/JBS, Future Feed, ASR/IDB Group, Aleph Farms, Future Feed. Total revenue since inception in 2017 is $3M with a projected $4MM for 2021 of which over 35% will be SaaS. ripe.io has been recognized since 2017 by Rabobank as a top 5 Food and Ag innovator and named by Forbes as a top 25 Innovative AgTech start up. We are currently raising a Series A funding round.

ripeTracker+

ripe tracker + is a digital service to enable our customers to create a comprehensive digital record that fully mirrors their data and activities in the food supply chain that describes seed to table of food and their part in it. The business model for ripeTracker is SaaS with 1-2 year contract terms, monthly service subscription fees as well as data transaction fees based on either gross shipment weight tracked or per head of animal tracked. We also charge professional service fees (generally about 18% of the overall SaaS charge) for customization to the SaaS. Lastly there are pilot fees but are shifting away from that given the state of our company

In addition, Raja helped co-found, was COO and lead two venture funded start ups to exit.
