Summitour, LLC (Summitour) is the first American Online Travel Agency designed specifically for the Hispanic market, enabling customers to search a broad array of travel products such as airline tickets, car rentals, hotel rooms, vacation packages, activities and escorted tours.
Summitour is the first online travel agency to offer escorted tours in Spanish with immediate confirmation and prepaid payments, automatically combining the flights with the escorted tours. The company develops its own technology with in-house developers to satisfy the needs of the Spanish speaking population that has no website in its own language. Established for two years, Summitour has developed Spanish and English language versions of its site, which are currently up and running, providing more than 110,000 hotels, 17,000 rental car sites, 3,000 activities, 800 airline destinations, and more than 800 escorted tours in Europe, Asia, Africa, Southwest Pacific and Middle East. The Company is in the process of patenting and developing Paytours. Paytours Convenient is an installment payment system for customers who don't have the funds up front for a vacation but wish to purchase a trip on layaway. Paytours Gift will enable friends or family to establish a group fund for newlyweds, high school or college graduates, "quinceañeras", or anyone achieving a significant milestone.

Summitour connects customers with domestic and international flights crisscrossing the globe through more than 100 airlines. Summitour currently has more than 110,000 hotel listings and is working on the integration of more.The Company currently offers car rentals at more than 25,000 points of rental in more than 17,000 cities worldwide. Summitour has designed and developed its own vacation packages engine and bundles the hotels inventory with flights offering discounts in each package.Summitour's engine activities enables customers to book more than 3,000 activities to main destinations.

Escorted Tours

The Company connects users with more than 800 escorted tours in Europe, Asia, Africa, Southwest Pacific, and the Middle East, providing all the information in Spanish and employing local Spanish speakers in each destination city. Customers can select their own tours on Summitour's Spanish-language site, complete with a full itinerary, multiple destinations, hotels, transfers, train tickets, meals, various activities, and a tour guide – all included in the package. To accomplish this today, consumers would have to find a brick-and-mortar travel agency.


With Paytours, customers will be able to set aside payment installments for an escorted tour and hotels, or establish a fund for a trip for a friend or loved one. The software will have B2B, B2C and B2B2C applications, with online businesses being able to integrate it into any payment system with XML integration and physical travel agencies able to incorporate a customizable interface. Paytours will be available in multiple languages as well. Paytours will be released in beta through Summitour, then distributed in the market under the Company's license.

Mr. Diego Marrero holds an MBA in International Business and a Bachelor of Arts Business Administration degree in Finance from Keiser University and graduated with honors. Previously, Mr. Diego Marrero studied for his Licentiate in Tourism for four years at the University of Havana, and attended a School of Hospitality and Tourism in Cuba, which offered continuing education in tourism as well as current trends in the field, such as Basic Accounting and Finance, Financial Analysis, Hospitality Training, and Quality Management. For 11 years, Mr. Diego Marrero was employed with the Gran Caribe Hotel Group, serving as Purchasing Manager of the Habana Riviera Hotel as well as Co-Manager of Villa los Pinos Village.

Mrs. Alvarez brings nearly a decade of banking experience. Mrs. Alvarez is also a Notary Public, holds a real estate license, and has completed many management courses. Mrs. Alvarez holds an MBA in International Business and a Bachelor of Science degree in Professional Administration and Human Resources from Barry University. Mrs. Alvarez also studied in the Industrial Engineering program at the Jose Antonio Echeverria Higher Polytechnic Institute, completing the equivalent of 102 semester credit hours of undergraduate study in Industrial Engineering.
