The One-on-One Basketball Tournament

St. Petersburg, FL 33702, US

16 professional players. 4 celebrity players. 1 million dollars up for grabs. Broadcast live on PPV TV in the US and China.

Basketball is currently the most played sport in the US with over 26 million participants and China boasts a fanbase of nearly 500 million. The One-on-One Basketball Tournament will be televised on pay-per-view television in the US and China.

We have commitments from many players including former NBA Champions, multiple all-star selections, NBA 6th Man of the Year award winners, and more. We have partnered with SLAM Media the largest basketball publication in the world with over 7 million target consumers.

We have brought on Mark Taffet (The Godfather of PPV) and Mark Taffet Media. Mark has been behind some of the biggest events in PPV history and has generated more than 65 million buys and over $3.6 Billion in revenue. We estimate a first-year domestic PPV audience of 300k-400k with an average PPV buy of $30 USD.

We are in negotiations with Chinese television companies (, Tencent Media, Sun Media Group) for PPV in China.

Outside of the NBA, The Basketball Tournament saw growth across nearly every metric. Cumulative viewership was 4.3 million, up 19% year-over-year. Live attendance was up 51%, totaling 19,646.
The BIG3 championship game reached an average of 1,004,000 viewers, according to Nielsen Media Research, making it the most-watched BIG3 telecast ever. Audience viewership of the 2018 championship was +59% better than last year’s average audience delivery of 632,000 viewers.

Andrew has owned and operated his own companies since 2014 and has had great success. Investors can expect to recoup their initial investment and more this year with consistently high returns thereafter. We plan on a payout at the end of the year for our investors based on equity minus operating costs.
