The Swank Atlanta Beltline is a real estate investment vehicle formed and organized as a Delaware Manager-Managed LLC to exclusively develop 14 luxury townhomes in Reynoldstown for a fee-simple disposition. Reynoldstown is a rapidly developing intown Atlanta neighborhood that is connected to the Atlanta Beltline via the East Trail extension.

The Atlanta Beltline is a unique and ambitious public project that connects 45 neighborhoods around the core of the City of Atlanta through trails, transit, greenspace, economic development, and housing.
