Company Overview

WindanSea Financial is an investment firm with services throughout the U.S. The company provides secured lending to financial advisors and insurance agents that purchase books of business from successful practitioners who are seeking to retire.

The process of retiring financial advisors and insurance agents selling books of business to other advisors and agents has been a normal business practice for decades. There are a limited number of lenders for these transactions. Jerry Troyer is a former financial advisor (21 years) and commercial loan officer (22 years). He understands the business model.

The industry is now in a state where many successful baby boomer financial advisors and insurance agents are ready to retire. Other experienced financial advisors and insurance agents seek to buy those businesses. Due to the success of the retiring practitioners, selling prices are most often beyond the financial scope of potential buyers’ personal savings and assets. They need a lender to help them fund a percentage of the business.

WindanSea Financial steps in to provide lending where there are limited opportunities from lenders who do not know the industry. We have the know how and experience in the industry to provide an exceptional experience in providing buyers with funding for the purchase.
