Chief Executive Officer
John Wethington is President and Chief Executive Officer of Xodis. Mr. Wethington brings more than 15 years of industry experience to Xodis most recently having served as Vice President of Business Development at ISEC7 and Product Manager of Mobile Transition Solutions for BinaryTree. Mr. Wethington has held numerous roles in his career including serving as an Enterprise Solution Strategist for Microsoft, Product Design Engineer for Binary Tree, and Director of Infrastructure Services at Consolidated Systems, Inc.
Mr. Wethington holds a Masters Certification in I.T. Industry Knowledge as well as numerous technical and business certifications.
Mr. Wethington resides in Austin, Texas with his wife and 4 children.
Charles (Chuck) Lindgren is Chief Software Architect and CDO of Xodis. Mr. Lindgren brings over 30 years of enterprise, consumer and government software development. Mr. Lindgren began his career at Iris Associates on the original development team for Lotus Notes and has worked for several organizations including In-Q-Tel (Venture arm of the CIA), Microsoft, and BinaryTree. Mr. Lindgren has developed several successful products, and brings experience in Development, Software Architecture, Messaging platforms,consulting and agile software company operations and ownership. Mr. Lindgren holds a Bachelors of Science in Computer Systems Engineering from The University of Massachusetts Amhurst.
Mr. Lindgren lives in Massachusetts with his wife and 2 kids and enjoys Martial Arts, and Bee Keeping.
Chief Operating Officer
Shannon Lyon, is CFO/COO of Xodis bringing over 13 years of business development and operations management experience.
As COO, Ms. Lyon is responsible for the strategic and operational leadership of Xodis’s worldwide presence, marketing, and services organization. Ms. Lyon leads a global organization of diverse personnel that has lead to the company's fast growth; overseeing the corporate operations, working to implement new business partnerships, and internal functions that support the work of Xodis’s entire team.
As CFO, Ms. Lyon focuses on global financial planning and strategy. She ensures that all offices practice fiscal responsibility and that we are fully accountable to shareholders, investors and governing bodies.
Ms. Lyon’s brings prior experience in business growth and development from multiple industries, getting her start with new product developments in information technology and services.
Ms. Lyon currently resides in Lexington, SC with her husband and 2 children.
Executive Vice President Sales
Mrs. Jazrawi is Executive Vice President of Sales and Business Strategy at Xodis. Mrs. Jazrawi is responsible for maximizing the effectiveness of Xodis' worldwide sales team and works directly with Xodis broad base of customers and managed parnters to ensure success. Mrs. Jazrawi provides executive guidance for sales and business strategy in both the consumer and enteprise markets in which Xodis operates. Mrs. Jazrawi has over 15 years of sales experience and most recently held senior sales positions at BinaryTree, Cisco Systems, and has acted as an Enterprise Strategist for Microsoft . Mrs. Jazrawi oversees a worldwide sales pipeline of over 25 Million USD in Enteprise Software Sales and over 250 Million in Consumer market potential.
Mrs. Jazrawi holds Bachelor of Science in Computer Engineering from Florida State University with a minor in Intellectual property law, Japanese and Mathematics.
Mrs. Jazrawi lives in Austin, TX with her husband, son and 3 dogs.
Chief Technology Officer
Joshua Lyon currently holds the position of CTO with Xodis. He brings over 15 years of technology expertise to the team. Mr. Lyon drives the company’s technology strategy and works with the engineering teams towards continued delivery of innovative products. He manages the service offerings as well as the security policies for the company and works extensively with clients’ IT staff and personnel in managing migrations.
Mr. Lyon works closely with the CEO and Senior Architectural Engineering staff to push through new innovations and advancements in the company’s technology.
Early in Mr. Lyon’s career, he studied at Clemson University in South Carolina in computer engineering and worked for IT managements for groups like Westinghouse Nuclear Fuel. He served 6 years in the United States Marine Corps and served overseas for Operation Enduring Freedom and currently resides in South Carolina with his wife and 2 children.
Vice President Technology/Technologist
John McAndrews is Vice President of Service Delivery, John is responsible for the creation and implementation of service offerings and solutions for the Xodis product line. Prior to joining Xodis, John spent 12 years at BlackBerry in several key technical roles including Product Manager for BlackBerry Business Cloud Services, Senior Solutions Architect with BlackBerry’s Professional Services organization, and Senior Regional Technical Manager assisting several wireless communication providers with the launch of BlackBerry products. John has over 19 years of experience in II.T. architecture and design specializing in directory services, collaboration, and security. John served in the United States Navy aboard the USS Independence CV 62 deployed to the Persian Gulf during Operation Southern Watch (1992-1994), and received an honorable discharge from the United States Navy in 1994.
John received his Bachelor of Science in Information Technology from Western International University.
Vice President Research & Development
Mr. Clark has over 20 years of software product management experience, holding positions in management, development, and agile project delivery. Before joining Xodis, Mr. Clark's career has taken him through responsible positions at Draper Lab, CA Technologies, In-Q-Tel (the CIA's investment company), and Microsoft. Lou has also had a career in IT management consulting, with International System Services (later acquired by Renaissance Worldwide). Mr. Clark has worked with clients to design, develop, and implement solutions that solve core business problems. Mr. Clark was most recently the Principal Architect for NWN Corporation, establishing the technical direction for client engagements with state/local governments to deliver 21st century health and human services solutions. Mr. Clark helped discover technologies including Google Maps, Palantir, Endeca, General Interface and other technologies critical to Intelligence, both in government and in business.
