Company Overview

ZING is a unique SaaS Business Management Solution that simplifies and consolidates the business operations of any SMB. The investment opportunity is $3m for a potential 5x return over 24 months,

ZING is solving a wicked problem suffered by all SMB owners. This involves getting online and then assembling a multitude of different technologies and SaaS (Software as a Service) products to be successful - difficult to use, expensive, complex, ineffective, and incomplete. ServiceQUIK was then born to solve this frustrating problem and our brand ZING Business Management Software was created as an affordable and easy-to-use solution.

With the technology now built, the business has established its HQ and sales operations in Colorado, U.S with Ryan Cunningham joining the team as our CRO. The risk profile has been drastically reduced for investors, with the platform completed and all focus is now on growing customers through sales and marketing. Channel Partners have been established and an internal repeatable direct sales model assisted by the learning of AI tools that help craft a more convertible lead channel. Sales are exceeding targets albeit from a very small team. The Sales model has been tuned and is ready to scale, by merely "throwing gas on the fire".

The business is seeking an equity round of US$3m, in funding that will contribute solely to sales growth with a valuation that reflects this achievement.

We forecast a likely SERIES A growth round 2 years after closing the round (also an exit for existing investors) that will see us re-commence Product Development and seek new markets whilst continuing to grow the existing.

With the technology built, and a repeatable sales model established, we see an investment in ServiceQUIK and ZING as low risk, with considerable investor gains likely of ~5x over the forthcoming 24 months.

ZING | START. RUN. GROW.

ZING has been built from the ground up to be an affordable, end-to-end cloud SaaS business management software for SMB’s. It is more accessible, complete and easier to use than what’s available and helps businesses to manage, run, grow and become the success they wish to be in this digital age.

ZING simplifies and digitizes the entire customer journey starting with an online presence of website, 24/7 bookings, and eCommerce storefront, to automated marketing, CRM, Point of Sale, inventory management, and much more.

Having now established a US route to market through our Channel Partnerships and our own AI-based direct marketing, the opportunity for more businesses to lower their costs and sell effectively has finally been realized.

ZING's target market is the 23 million SMBs in the US with <10 employees.

With this investment in Sales & Marketing growth, we forecast the business to become cash-positive by end of 2024 (or earlier) with an ARR of >$6m
