Lindsay Hofford is a professional hockey player with a background in business. Pro Hockey Development Group, which he founded in 1992, is his company. Hockey development for athletes of all ages is the focus of Pro Hockey Development.

Lindsay Hofford Founder of NASHA Sports Insurance Company, as well as Highlight Sports Inc. and Bahama Ice Corp., two recent start-ups.

The Vaughan, Ontario native has also worked as the Director of Hockey at the Hill Academy.
From 2010 to 2015, he was the Director of Amateur Scouting for the London Knights, then the Toronto Maple Leafs from 2015 to 2019, and finally the Arizona Coyotes' Assistant General Manager.

Hofford coached the London Knights and Lethbridge Hurricanes in the CHL for six years. Rick Nash, Brent Seabrook, Austin Matthews, Corey Perry, and Mitch Marner are just a few of the current or former NHL players who have played, trained, or been drafted by Hofford. Hofford has won championships at all levels of the game, including the AHL, OHL, CHL, CJHL, and Minor Hockey. He has vast experience in the areas of coaching, scouting, management, and player development.

The University of Guelph awarded Hofford degrees in political science and sociology.
